For Purchasers of Real Estate pursuant to Real Property Law 442-H
For Purchaser’s interested in physically touring a property with one of our Agents, Broker DeGonza Realty DOES NOT require (1) identification from a prospective purchaser(s)*, (2) prospective purchaser to sign an exclusive buyer brokerage agreement and (3) proof of funds or a pre-approval from a mortgage loan*.
Although DeGonza Realty does not require such information prior to showing a prospective purchaser a property, the seller of the property may require such information.
Please be advised that as part of any purchase offer that a prospective purchaser may desire to make, Seller and/or Broker may require and/or encourage such information to protect, and/or enhance the position of the prospective purchaser’s offer.
